Calusa, a 2-month-old Florida panther cub, scratches at a tree during her playtime at Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa. Lucy, as her caretakers call her, was found abandoned and lethargic by wildlife officers so she was placed with the zoo by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commision on Aug. 8. Lucy will likely go on display at the zoo in 6-8 weeks.
