Snowshoe to the Tennessee Pass Cookhouse..Caption:(Friday 01/14/2011 Leadville)In a Yurt at 10,800 feet on a snowy Colorado mountain seems like an odd place to find a gourmet dinner. But with a little determination (and snowshoes) that's exactly what you'll get at the Tennessee Pass Cookhouse. After dinner, snowshoers and telemark skiers make their way by headlamp or moonlight a mile back to the Tennessee Pass Nordic Center.
